There are 2 products, including RI 1.670 and RI 1.700, in the Series B, used for asbestos identification. They are available in 3 volumes – 7.4 ml, 30 ml or 120 ml. Series B RI 1.700 is used in the identification of crocidolite (blue asbestos). Refractive indices are stated for refractive index liquids at 25°C, illuminated by 589.3 nm/5893 angstroms of sodium light.
