The 2 most popular products, RI 1.670 and RI 1.700 in Series B, are used for asbestos identification. They are available in 4 volumes: 7.4 ml, 30 ml, 120 ml, and 480 ml.

The 480 ml one is available on the customer’s demand, as we do not keep this quantity in stock with us. It has to come from our manufacturer in the USA. Thus, the lead time for this volume is 3-4 weeks.

Series B RI 1.670 is used in the identification of amosite (brown asbestos). Refractive indices are stated for Refractive Index liquids at 25°C, illuminated by 589.3 nm/5893 angstroms of sodium light.
